8th Armored Division, "Thundering Herd". Full vibrant colors of red, blue and yellow accented by black. The front of the patch is embroidered, with reinforced backing to sew on patch your uniform. The 8th Armored Division and would have been worn on the shoulder of someone who served under the 8th Armored Division in the US Army. The Triangle top with rectangle bottom is accented in black all around the sides. The rectangle in yellow with "THUNDERING HERD" in Black, just above that is the vibrant blue in left corner and red in the right and yellow at the top of the triangle crest with 8th Armored Division in black atop. A black cannon with red lightning bolt to accent the whole patch. Patch is 3 7/8" X 4 1/8"  8th Armored Division
