Second-generation Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) parka in universal camouflage. Made in the USA with a 100% nylon outer material and a three-layer GORE-TEX® construction: nylon outer, waterproof membrane, and nylon liner. Designed to be softer and quieter than the first-generation parka while providing waterproof, windproof, breathable protection against wet weather, wind, and sand.
