NIJ Approved Stainless Steel Hinged Handcuffs
NIJ Approved Stainless Steel Hinged Handcuffs are ready to be used by law enforcement, police, security etc. The hinged handcuffs have a Double Locking feature, and two handcuff keys come along with the handcuffs. The handcuff box measures 3 1/4" X 4 1/2" X 1". Handcuffs are new, comes in box with keys ready to use.
To use the handcuffs, press the jaws through the cuffs and back around to re-engage them. Then you can close them around the wrists, pushing the jaws back around until they catch.
To Double lock- Use the small end of the top handcuff key to engage the double lock feature. Insert into the slot and slide towards the keyhole. When double lock is engaged, the cuffs will no longer continue to tighten.
To Unlock- Single lock cuffs just insert the key and turn 1/4 turn and will release and open the cuffs. Now for the double lock, then insert the key and turn one way to release the double lock and then turn the opposite way to release and open the cuffs.
