U.S. Army Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) Generation III Level 5 soft shell cold weather jacket in OCP Multicam by Tennier Industries, Inc. Lightweight, stretchable, wind and water-resistant shell designed for mean monthly temperatures of 14°F to 68°F (-10°C to +20°C). Part of the ECWCS layered system. Very little wear — minor white paint spots on exterior (see last photo).
