USGI fatigue blouses use a chest + height sizing system — not S/M/L. Measure your chest at its fullest point (tape under your arms, across your shoulder blades) and your standing height without shoes. Select the size that matches both dimensions. These blouses are cut for a natural military fit — not slim or relaxed — so size up one chest size if you layer under body armor or a field jacket.
