Genuine Woodland Ponchos are a vintage military surplus item made of 100% waterproof rip stop nylon. The genuine military poncho is versatile in it can be used in the field for ground cover, shelter and when used with the poncho liner as a sleeping bag. The poncho has snaps around the edges to snap more ponchos together creating a larger shelter if needed. The edges have not just snaps but grommeted holes in the corners for bungees to stretch the shelter out. The hood and waist have drawstrings to keep elements out and keep you dry. The genuine woodland poncho measures approximately 89" X 61", made in the USA and manufactured by ORC Industries.
